Rplaces was started in 2014 when we realized there was a gap in the social service field and it needed to be filled. We started with a FREE anger management program and it has grown into more FREE programs, service and resources to help the community.

RPLACES Transition Centre doesn't want individuals to be defined by addiction, mental health and concurrent disorders. Many individuals find that there are few places, resources, and options as they try to reach their goals. We fill a service gap that exists in our circle of care. We want to help each individual get to where they want to be.
