Hello all,

We here at RPlaces Transition Centre would like to give a special shout-out to Six Nations Polytechnic Brantford location: Staff and students for getting this fundraiser started: your ideas and thoughts came to life.

To our staff and students from Mohawk, Laurier, and our Board Members- will couldn't have done it without you.

Our team would like to again thank everyone who helped us along this journey by either buying or selling calendars and sharing our posts to spread the word- it has been absolutely fantastic!!

We are currently closed due to the Provincial shutdown, however, we will be running remotely via Phone, Zoom, Google Meetings, or Skype. Whichever method works best for you.

This program will help you work through your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. The program is tailored to each individual person; we go at your pace and focus on your journey.
