    StoryScape: Transformative Narrative Care

Narrative care is a form of peer support that focuses on life stories that people tell about themselves. It is based on the idea that our identities are shaped by the stories we tell, and by changing these stories, we can change how we see ourselves and our lives. One of the key techniques used in narrative care is externalizing. Rather than seeing an issue as a part of who they are, externalizing allows people to see the problem as something separate from themselves, something they can work on changing or overcoming.
