RPlaces Transition Centre doesn't want individuals to be defined by addiction, mental health and concurrent disorders. We fill a service gap that exists in our communities and want to help individuals get to where they want to be.
What We Offer
We offer completely FREE in-person and remote sessions to anyone 18+ years of age. Our programs are open to all ethnic backgrounds, 2SLGBTQIA+, Indigenous and non-Indigenous individuals.

Our services and programs are available to Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations, and surrounding areas in Southern Ontario.
